Our sausages are made fresh on site using the highest grade beef, lamb, and chicken sourced from quality suppliers across the east coast of Australia.
While we think our sausages are second to none, our in-house chef and food technicians are more than happy to create a taste profile to suit your needs, or leave it to us and we’ll deliver a traditional Chipolata or thick Italian tasty sausage frozen or blanched.
