Chevapcici and Kofta

Our in-house chef has created his own recipe for these traditional south-eastern European dishes chevapcici and kofta, using a balanced combination of Australian beef or lamb with a carefully selected mix of herbs and spices to create a consistent and exceptional product ready to serve.

We prepare everything fresh on site either using our own exceptional recipe, or we will happily custom make the dish to suit your taste profile, and then deliver it fresh, frozen, or pre-cooked and ready to serve.

Storage Instructions: Keep refrigerated at or below 4˚C. Consume within 7 days of opening pack.
